All data is securely stored in U.S.-based servers using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
5. International Users and Data Transfers
Our services are intended for jurisdictions that legally allow data transfers to the U.S. We do not serve users in regions where such transfers are restricted.
6. Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not provide services to users in:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
Additionally, we do not serve regions with data localization laws conflicting with U.S. hosting, including the EU, Russia, and China.

Indian users may use CognitivePulse Talent as applicable regulations currently allow transfers to the U.S. under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes based on AI use. You agree not to hold us liable for any outcomes based on AI features.
15. Subscription and Payment Information
Payments for premium features are handled by third-party processors compliant with PCI DSS. We do not store card numbers.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in loss of access to features.
