All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing and plan offerings with notice. You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to renewal if you do not wish to be billed again. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to premium services.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Service are the intellectual property of CognitivePulse Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without express written permission.

All personal data collected through CognitivePulse Talent is stored in secure servers located exclusively in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Due to U.S. export control laws and sanctions, the Service is not available to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Additionally, access is restricted from jurisdictions with legal requirements that conflict with U.S.-based data storage, including the European Union (unless appropriate safeguards are met), China, and Russia.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, its accuracy, or its suitability for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CognitivePulse Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to assist with resume analysis, ATS scoring, job matching, and content generation. While these services are designed to provide meaningful insights and convenience, they are provided on an “as-is” basis and do not constitute professional, legal, or career advice.

We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, efficacy, or reliability of AI-generated content. CognitivePulse Talent does not guarantee that the use of the Service will lead to employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. By using these features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not hold CognitivePulse Solutions liable for any inaccuracies, outcomes, or perceived deficiencies related to AI-generated content or job placement services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CognitivePulse Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
